Pinar Derya Akyazgan, MBA

With over a decade of experience as a trainer and project coordinator in both public institutions and the private sector, I am passionate about designing educational initiatives that drive positive change. My work focuses on creating impactful programs that foster social inclusion, innovation, and lifelong learning.

I specialize in:
  • Training Content & Curriculum Development – Crafting engaging, learner-centered materials that make complex topics accessible and actionable.
  • Project Design & Management – Leading national and international projects, with proven expertise in Erasmus+, UN Programs, and development agency-funded initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurship & Business Planning – Helping entrepreneurs and organizations develop sustainable business models and strategic plans.

As a social entrepreneur, I have founded associations and successfully secured funding for educational and community-based projects. I believe that education is the most powerful tool for empowerment and social transformation. My mission is to inspire learning, create opportunities, and build collaborative networks that make a lasting impact.


Mag. Aysun Bayizitlioglu

Mag. Aysun Bayizitlioglu

I am a migration and integration expert with a passion for education and cultural understanding. My academic journey began with a diploma in Turkology from the University of Vienna, followed by a teaching degree from the Vienna University of Teacher Education. I also deepened my expertise through studies in Ethnology, Cultural and Social Anthropology, Political Science, and Sociology, which continue to shape my work today.

Currently, I teach mother tongue and music classes at public primary and secondary schools in Vienna on behalf of the Vienna Education Directorate. Alongside teaching, I work as a freelance journalist, focusing on the complex issues of migration and integration. I am passionate about promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for marginalized groups, particularly children, adolescents, women, and the elderly.

My work focuses on people-centered innovation, inclusivity, sustainability, and digital transformation.

Leading Projects with Purpose | Dialogue, Community and International Collaboration
Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands — Social impact professional with experience leading and supporting community-driven projects across Turkey and the Netherlands. I specialize in project leadership, dialogue facilitation, proposal writing, and cross-cultural community engagement.

My work is centered around creating inclusive spaces for international families and parents, particularly those navigating migration. I have contributed to projects in migration, diversity & inclusion, and community building, designing programs that foster meaningful connections and support individuals through shared experiences.


Yashpriva Sharma

Yashpriva Sharma

Yasha is an Erasmus Mundus graduate in International Development with a strong commitment to social justice and inclusive community development. She believes in the power of connection and collective action to create meaningful social change.

At Stichting Sunny Days, she coordinates Digital Bridges, a digital skills training program for seniors in Utrecht. Through games, discussions, and volunteer support, the program fosters inclusive and confidence-building digital learning experiences.


Hidir Celik

Hidir Celik

1985, he began studying political science, sociology, and German studies. With a scholarship from the Hans Böckler Foundation, he completed his doctorate in 1995 under Hans-Adolf Jacobsen in Bonn on “The Migration Policies of West German Political Parties and Trade Unions.” In 2018, he completed his habilitation through the University Council of Higher Education Institutions in Turkey on the topic of “EU–Turkey Relations.”

Çelik is currently the Head of Protestant Migration and Refugee Work at the Protestant Church District of Bonn, and from 1995 until March 2018, he served as the Chairman of the Bonn Institute for Migration Research and Intercultural Learning (BIM). Since 1999, he has held a teaching position at the University of Cologne in the Department of Intercultural Pedagogy and is a member of the Association of German Writers (VS).

Beyza is a Project Officer at Stichting Sunny Days, where she oversees social media management, volunteer engagement, and the design of inclusive digital learning activity outlines for older adults within the Digital Bridges project. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Globalization and Development Studies.

Before joining Sunny Days, Beyza gained experience working with various NGOs and international organizations focused on social issues and human rights, particularly supporting vulnerable groups such as migrant communities. Driven by a strong passion for social justice, she is dedicated to fostering inclusion and building equitable societies.
